Van der Windt takes its responsibility for limiting greenhouse gasses seriously. Our current CO_² footprint has been measured and our goal is a 15% reduction in our CO_² emissions in 2015. The emissions resulting from our energy usage, vehicle usage, home to office travel, business trips and suchlike are compensated by the renowned Climate Neutral Group; attached our 2010 certificate. This means that Van der Windt can justifiably call itself a climate neutral organisation.

We also offer our customers the possibility of neutralising all unavoidable greenhouse gasses. We have inventoried the CO_² emissions of each of our 15,000 products and, by paying a modest supplement on the price of our products, customers can purchase high-value ‘credits’. The money is used to finance sustainable energy projects in developing countries. This means you can make your packaging material climate neutral and, by so doing, contribute towards your company’s CSR policy.
