Padpak LC2, a heavyweight in ‘light’ cushioning

The Padpak LC2 combines speed and minimal paper usage with optimum air cushioning possibilities. And because the machine is fully programmable it can provide an excellent solution to your packaging needs.
Some of its features:

Extremely fast: paper throughput speed is 1.2 metre per second;
Uses single-layer 70g or 90g zigzag folded paper;
A stick-strip makes reloading paper unnecessary;
Various operating modes according to your packaging needs.

The LC2 machine can also be integrated into your packaging process in different ways, which means the ‘pads’ are within easy reach of your packers. This increases both efficiency and productivity.

In addition to the LC2 there are also Junior and Senior converters for fixing and cushioning your products as well as the FillPak® and FillPak TT® converters for filling empty spaces.
