Van der Windt Packaging supplies the Pregis filling systems

Recently Van der Windt Packaging in Belgium has (once again) started supplying Pregis' air-cushions filling systems. The new Pregis systems are renowned for their ease of use and reliability. The most popular machine is the Airspeed 'Smart' which is supplied free of charge to customers purchasing a minimum of just five rolls a month. The converter is compact, which makes is ideal for use in decentralised work spaces and for placing/integration on packing tables.
The Airspeed '5000' is for users of large volumes. This converter operates at the high speed of 23 metres per minute and is easy to use and refill. This machine is often sited between two packing lines so two packing stations can be served simultaneously.
Both types of converter can be supplied from stock and installed very quickly. The films for the machines are also available from stock (normal usage 25 micron thick and heavy duty 35 micron thick).

The environment has also been taken into consideration: for the same price Van der Windt can supply a bio-based film made from renewable materials, recognisable by its green colour and marketed under the name 'EP-Flex Renew'.
The Airspeed HC produces mats that can be wrapped around a product before it is packed in a box very easily and which can serve as an alternative to polystyrene or pulp filling granules. This machine is suitable for high-volume users.
