Our own Quality department not only guarantees the quality of Van der Windt’s products it can also answer any packaging questions related to your certification.

Food safety disaster line
Van der Windt supplies a wide variety of packaging and disposables that come into contact with food. To be able to guarantee the food safety of these products Van der Windt not only stipulates stringent demands for its own business operations (BRC-IOP and ISO 9001:2008) and those of its suppliers, but for a number of years has been using an effective tracking and tracing system that, on a voluntary basis, has been tested by the Voedsel en Waren Autoriteit (Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority).
Thanks to our advanced information system we can identify the adjacent links in the logistics chain within four hours. So this can also be achieved outside of office hours we have set up a food safety disaster telephone line. Incoming calls to this number are answered by an external company which immediately informs one of our employees. The telephone number of this disaster line is +31 (0)26 - 372 32 15. Please do not use this number for any purpose other than to report a serious disaster related to food safety.
